What Wanderpoints is, what it promises, what it does not, and the rules for using it.
Effective September 27, 2026.
These terms are between you and Wanderpoints, contactable at hello@wanderpoints.app. Using the service means you accept them. If you do not, do not use it.
Wanderpoints records award redemptions you have already made and tells you whether they were good value, measured against your own history and against a consensus of published points valuations. It is a record keeping and comparison tool.
It is not a booking service. It does not connect to any loyalty program, cannot see your balances, and cannot make, change or cancel anything.
The benchmark Wanderpoints compares your redemptions against is an average of valuations published by other people, described in full on how we value points. Those figures are opinions and historical data. They are not financial advice, and nothing in this service is a recommendation to buy, hold, sell or transfer anything.
Every number the app shows you also depends on what you typed into it. If the cash price you entered was wrong, the verdict built on it is wrong too, and we have no way of knowing.
Decisions about your money are yours.
You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your password to yourself.
What you enter stays yours. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the providers listed in the Privacy Policy, which explains what we hold and what you can ask us to do about it.
We may publish anonymized, aggregated statistics computed across all users. Those never identify anyone and never describe an individual redemption. The Privacy Policy sets out the limits we hold ourselves to.
If we offer a public feed and you choose to post a share card to it, you give us permission to display that card there. That permission ends when you delete the card. We take no other rights in your content.
Please do not do these things.
Some features are free and some are paid. When paid plans launch, our payment provider acts as merchant of record: they are the seller, they take the payment, and their terms cover the transaction. Prices and what each plan includes are shown before you pay. A refund policy will be published alongside paid plans.
We will try to keep the service working and your data safe, and we will tell you if something goes wrong that affects you.
Beyond that, the service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that every number in it is accurate. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you made on the basis of anything the service showed you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Keep your own backups of anything you would be upset to lose. The app can export everything you have entered, and we would rather you used it.
You can stop using Wanderpoints and delete your account at any time, and the Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data when you do.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we do, we will tell you why unless we are not allowed to.
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top, and if the change is significant we will tell account holders by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, and the courts there have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer somewhere with laws that give you rights you cannot sign away, this does not take them from you.
